Here's my list, in it's entirety. 

Mind. 

1. Get a library card - DONE!

2. Start or join a book club - DONE!

3. Do Oprah & Deepak's meditation challenge - DONE!

4. Try a float/meditation session - DONE!

5. Take a baking class - DONE!

6. Watch some classic Hollywood movies - In progress!

7. Take more photos (and maybe do something productive with them), and finish our wedding album

8. Keep a regular journal - Started!

9. Get over the fear of public speaking, it's paralyzing - DONE! (although it will always be scary for me)

10. Get over the fear of heights, also paralyzing


Body. 

1. Learn to swim (no laughing matter!)

2. Run a 5K - WTF, DONE!

3. Make peace with my least loved body part - legs

4. Try a cryotherapy session

5. Learn the basics of sailing

6. Take a ski lesson - DONE!

7. Try stand-up paddle boarding (after I learn to swim)

8. Start & complete a 30-day Beachbody workout

9. Work up to some challenging poses in yoga

10. Lose those last pesky 10 lbs (the ones that I keep gaining and losing)


Soul. 

1. Learn to knit

2. Volunteer regularly - DONE! (Although this is more ongoing)

3. Visit some of the LA museums, museums always inspire me

4. Visit with friends (or FaceTime!) vs just catching up on social media

5. Figure out my career or change of career

6. Learn Spanish again (I was really good!)

7. Create a usable garden of herbs, vegetables and fruit - DONE!

8. Re-learn sewing and actually sew things

9. Go to the opera again

10. Take dance lessons


Wander.

1. Try to finish up visiting the 50 states (only 13 left total!) - Visited South Carolina + Tennessee this year!

2. Visit a new country each year

3. Visit a glacier (before they all melt) - DONE!

4. Take a solo trip

5. Explore LA, there's a lot to see here

6. Camping!

7. Eat at some of the restaurants on my list

8. Visit national parks in CA - Visited Joshua Tree this year!

9. Drive up the California coast on Route 1

10. Take a train trip
